Heavy frosts begin, telling the grass to stop growing and go dormant. Concurrently, the trees begin dropping their leaves.
Why these services?
By mid-to-late October, we lay down the final "winterizer" fertilizer to protect the roots through the cold. Mowing stops, and we immediately trade our mowers for heavy-duty leaf blowers and vacuums to prevent heavy blankets of leaves from suffocating and killing your grass.
